Job Details:
Join a well-established Pulmonary/Critical Care group in a stable, independent health system
50/50 mix of outpatient clinic and inpatient ICU responsibilities
Call schedule shared equally among group members
Full support staff including two experienced Pulm/CC physicians, one PA, and one NP
Average daily census allows for excellent work-life balance
Ample procedural volume (bronchs, vents, central lines, etc.)
EPIC EMR
7 weeks off annually + 7 paid holidays

Compensation:
$500,000+ potential with day-one RVU bonuses
$50,000 commencement bonus and $15,000 relocation package
Team-based compensation model and strong administrative support
Not-for-profit system with excellent financial stability (501(c)(3))

Requirements:
MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary Critical Care
U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (no visa sponsorship available)
Eligible for Iowa medical license
