* Equal partnership after two years.
* Ten providers (five physicians and five physician extenders)
* 1:6 call schedule
* Preferred access to and investment opportunities in two physician-owned outpatient surgery centers
* Preferred access to three physician-owned high-quality, lower-cost outpatient diagnostic centers
* Built-in referrals with large primary care base
* Access to over 30 medical specialties and ancillary services
* Support from seasoned partners and a strong team environment
* Two-year guaranteed salary
