UPMC Central Pa. — a growing, seven hospital, multisite health care system — is seeking a certified registered nurse practitioner to join our growing Neurology department in Mechanicsburg, Pa.
About the Position:
Position is 90% Outpatient practice consisting of general neurology disorders, sleep medicine and post-hospitalization follow-up visits
10% Inpatient neurology care
Multidisciplinary team approach to care (physicians, APPs, neuropsychologists, nursing)
No call requirement
Strong referral base of patients within the community
EMR - Epic
Professional Skills:
Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Registered Nurse
Masters of Science in Nursing (ANA certification desired)
Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients
Team oriented with ability to provide personalized patient care and demonstrate clinical outcomes
