Community Health Center North of San Francisco

• Community health Clinic background preferred.  (FQHC)

• Spanish language ability an asset.

• Interest in working with a diverse patient population in a community-based organization and sensitivity to their needs and health problems

• Delivers direct primary medical care.

• Physical examinations

• Order laboratory studies

• Medications and referrals, when appropriate

• Administer and prescribe treatments as appropriate

• Promote healthy lifestyles by advising patients on diet, hygiene, and disease prevention.

• Document patient information, both timely and accurately as per protocol.

• Effectively manage situations that require medical follow-up.

• Experience working in an outpatient health clinic or office setting. 

• Experience in a community health center setting working with underserved populations preferred.

• Experience with administration of community health programs, and staff supervision

• Demonstrated experience with Electronic Medical Records.

• Mission-driven and passionate about community health issues

• Mon- Fri 8am-5pm - One day for admin 

• BC Valid CA License
