Job Description
Lead with purpose. Practice with passion. You didn't choose pediatric emergency medicine because it was easy. You chose it because children deserve physicians who are uniquely called to care for them. Every shift brings a new challenge. Every child is different. Every family places their trust in you during one of life's most vulnerable moments.
As PEM medical director at El Paso Children's Hospital, you'll have the opportunity to care for children, mentor physicians, and help shape the future of pediatric emergency medicine within a growing children's hospital.
This is more than a leadership position; it's an opportunity to build a legacy while caring for the children and families who need you most.
