Radiation Oncology Job In Loxahatchee, Florida
Locums Radiology Diagnostic Physician
Seeking a Locums Radiologist to join
our team in Florida. The position offers a flexible schedule with various
shifts and a minimum requirement of 1 week per month. The daily workload
includes a mix of diagnostic studies with a modality split that includes XR,
CT, MR, US, and NM. The team includes an onsite Interventional Radiologist
assisting with reads.
Schedule:
- Monday to Sunday
- Day Shift: 8a-4p
- Evening Shift: 4p-11p
- Call: 4p-7a (not required for DX)
- Weekends: 7a-5p (not required for DX)
- Minimum Shifts Required: 1 week per month
Daily Workload:
- Daily DX Volume: 80 RVUs per Shift
- % of Modality Split:
- XR: 35-40%
- CT: 35-40%
- MR, US, NM: 20-30%
- Team - IR onsite, helping with reads
- Average # of cases per RAD per day: 100-120 Studies per day
- RVU Expectations: 10 per day
Qualifications:
- Active DEA
- Active Florida State Medical License
- Must be BC or BE (Boards must be taken within 5 years
of completion of residency)
