Physical Therapist

We are seeking a full time dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in Stockbridge, GA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional rehabilitative care to patients with various musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. As a Physical Therapist, you will collaborate with patients to develop personalized treatment plans, conduct therapeutic exercises, and utilize modalities to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall functional abilities. Additionally, you will document patient progress and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

Compensation: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour (1099 position)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9AM – 5PM

Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Georgia.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation techniques.
• Prior experience in outpatient or orthopedic physical therapy preferred but not required.
• CPR certification preferred.

• Assess patient conditions and devise personalized physical therapy plans to meet their needs and objectives.
• Execute therapeutic interventions, encompassing exercises, manual therapy, and equipment employment, to enhance mobility, alleviate discomfort, and mitigate permanent physical impairments.
• Monitor patient advancements, adapting treatment strategies as required to optimize results.
• Educate patients and families on their conditions and steps for improving physical well-being.
• Collaborate with healthcare peers to strategize and synchronize patient care.
• Maintain precise patient records, recording treatment plans, progress updates, and discharge details.
• Stay informed on current physical therapy methodologies and advancements through ongoing education.
• Ensure all treatments prioritize patient safety and adhere to federal, state, and local regulations.
