Summary:

CHRISTUS Health is expanding its ministry at CHRISTUS Good Shepherd Medical Center in Longview, Texas, and is hiring multiple Full-Time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs). This is a hospital-employed W-2 opportunity, providing a chance to join a cohesive and collaborative anesthesia care team. With the opening of an additional Surgery Center and an Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Institute, there are exciting opportunities for CRNAs to contribute to the expansion of our services.

Responsibilities:

  • Join a cohesive and collaborative anesthesia care team.
  • Contribute to the broad case mix including surgery, orthopedics, sports medicine, and more.
  • Experience a supportive environment that values teamwork and mutual support.

Competitive Compensation Package:

  • Competitive Starting Salary for experienced CRNAs; New Grads welcomed: Opportunities to earn more.
  • Guarantee of 40 hours/week pay with guaranteed scheduled premium hours.
  • Premium Pay rate of $150/hour for any hours over 40 in a workweek.
  • Shift Differential Pay for Evenings, Nights, and Weekends.
  • Holidays at 1.5x pay rate.
  • Sign-On Incentive Up To $35,000.
