The Conemaugh Physician Group, a dynamic, growing hospital-employed, multi-specialty integrated group practice located in Johnstown, PA, is seeking a Neurosurgeon who will also serve as Medical Director of the Neuroscience Service Line. The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader and enthusiastic surgeon with excellent interpersonal and clinical skills. Procedures will range from routine to complex neurosurgical cases with focused needs for spine and trauma management. The candidate needs to possess an interdisciplinary team approach in following clinical pathways and the ability to individualize patient care while demonstrating positive clinical outcomes in surgeries using state-of-the-art equipment. Board Certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgeons and fellowship trained in spine is needed. The office is conveniently located on the hospital campus for this inpatient/outpatient practice which is supported by midlevel assistance. There will be equal call rotation with the existing two neurosurgeons. There are leadership responsibilities as Medical Director of Neuroscience Center along with available teaching opportunities.
