• First year guarantee base Salary $220K + Bonus (seeing 18-20 patients per day)
• With the ability to transition to productivity base where physicians are earning between $350-$500k (seeing around 35 patients in nursing home)
• They are offering partnership.
• BC/BE Internal Medicine physician needed in Baltimore MD.
• You will work with 5 other physicians.
• Traditional practice to include

o 2 weeks in 2 months at one hospital doing inpatient work seeing about 10-15 patients per day

o Other 6 weeks within the 2 months

§ ½ day per week in clinic,

§ Rest of the time working in the nursing home where there is an NP that takes the call. See patients 3-4 hours per day and then patient notes can be done from home. Will see an average of 18-20 patients for the guarantee base model

• Call schedule is 1 in 4.
• The payer mix includes: HMOs, Medicare, Medicaid and BC/BS.
• The salary is negotiable depending on your experience and what model you choose.
• The group offers incentive bonuses, health insurance, dental insurance, CME, life insurance
• This group can sponsor H1
• Qualifies for loan reimbursement

Baltimore is a major metropolitan area, offering professional sports, fine dining and shopping, major universities and colleges, history, art and cultural events. It is home to the Baltimore Orioles and Baltimore Ravens. This is an employed position by the group.
