Established ENT practice of three in Illinois

A small town, big money opportunity awaits you in eastern Illinois! Incoming provider can work hard play harder at the local state park, lakes, and shopping malls. Locally run program hospital is seeking a BE/BC ENT to join a flourishing and well established team of Physicians. The ENT program has 3 current Physicians and one is retiring. This is a practice with extremely high earning potential with a great work culture and staff. 2 hrs to Saint Louis and Indianapolis, 2.5 hours to Chicago.

Hospital Employee .
$700,000 base salary.
Productivity bonus starts when RVU target to achieve salary is met. Uncapped potential. .
Sign on bonus is $100,000.
$100,000 retention bonus.
1:3 Call Ratio.
One week of CME + $6000.
Earning Potential of $1,000,000.
$15,000 relocation assistance.
264 hours (33 days) time off paid. Time off is at physician discretion after the salary guarantee period so long as it is reasonable and patient access is still addressed. .
Paid malpractice with Tail Coverage.
