Minimal Call Ratio.
Annual Salary.
Relocation Bonus available.
401K with employer match up to 4%.
Coverage of all malpractice/liability insurance and credentialing costs.
Generous bonus potential, based on individual and company productivity.
Other benefits include: medical/dental/vision insurance options, life and ancillary insurance plans.
M-F 7:30-4:00 (there is flexibility).
$350,000 salary with a collection's based bonus.
