Seeking a BE/BC Internal Medicine trained Hospitalist to join team.

- This is an opportunity to practice with an expanding hospitalist service.
- Our hospital provides an incredible impact to the healthcare of Northwestern Connecticut.
- In the Hospitalist service we work to lessen waiting in the emergency room, speed up diagnosis and treatments, reduce hospital stays while improving outcomes and continuity of care.
- Hospitalists provide support for Primary Care Physicians and rapid response to all hospitalized patients.
- Provider census, shared between day and night hospitalists is about 45 patients per day, with 5-10 admissions per day, and about 2 providers on schedule at any given moment.
- This is a closed Intensive Care Unit with specialty support.
