Dupont Hospital, a member of the Lutheran Health Network, is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our experienced and collaborative Neonatology team in a busy 42-bed Level III NICU. This is an outstanding opportunity to practice at the top of your license while caring for high-acuity neonatal patients in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Position Highlights- Join an established team of Neonatologists and Neonatal Nurse Practitioners
- Practice in a 42-bed Level III NICU
- Flexible 12-hour shift schedule
- Collaborative Neonatology group with strong physician and APP support
- Attend high-risk deliveries and provide comprehensive neonatal care
- Work closely with a dedicated Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) program serving high-risk prenatal patients
- Participate in ground neonatal transports as needed
- Opportunity to develop and maintain advanced procedural skills, including:
- Central line placement
- Airway and ventilator management
- Thoracentesis
- Post-operative neonatal care
- Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification required
- Experienced NNPs preferred
