Hospital is seeking a qualified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with prior emergency department experience to fill a position in our ED.
The NP/PA will be supervised by the attending physician while having the ability to exercise an autonomy level commensurate with the NP/PAs experience level including seeing higher acuity cases and performing advanced procedures.
The ideal candidate will enjoy practicing community emergency medicine in a collaborative, collegial and supportive setting with a strong emphasis on evidence-based medicine and customer service. The ED enjoys excellent nursing and robust processes to support the clinical practice of its medical providers.
Hospital offers a competitive compensation and benefits package including bonuses and recognizes the importance of work/life balance. The opportunity exists for either a benefited part-time or full-time position.
The hospital is located just 10 minutes away from hiking and skiing at Mt. Wachusett and is 75 minutes away from Boston.
