Seeking a BC/BE Pediatric Surgeon to join our growing collaborative team.

* Full-Time: 15 days per month or 183 days per year
* Full-Spectrum Pediatric Surgical Care: Inpatient consultations, surgical management, outpatient clinics, and 24/7 on-call coverage
* Collaborative Environment: Work with a supportive community of pediatricians, pediatric subspecialists, and visiting specialists from Seattle Children's
* Advanced Facility: 23+ bed Level IIIB NICU, small PICU, and Level IV Trauma designation
* Specialized Support: Pediatric anesthesiology available; NP support in the pediatric surgery office
* Teaching Opportunities: Mentor University of Washington pediatric residents and local family practice residents
* Engaging Practice Setting: Participate in a pediatric sedation program and collaborate with visiting pediatric urologists from Seattle Childrens

**Clinic Schedule**

* Monday - Friday, split with a second pediatric surgeon (on-call weeks)
* One dedicated block OR day per week (with add-ons as needed)
* 15 days of hospital rounding per month (during on-call weeks)
