Job Description

Lutheran Health Network in Fort Wayne is seeking a fellowship-trained Urogynecologist to join and practice at Dupont Hospital. This employed position offers the opportunity to practice within a well-established and collaborative network dedicated to delivering compassionate, comprehensive care to women at all stages of life. 

Candidates must have completed an ACGME-accredited fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery.
