**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: Ongoing
- Coverage Type: Call Only
- Schedule: 6 days/month, restricted in-house 24-hour OB call
- Post-call day provided after each call shift
- Call Ratio: 1:2
- Patients per Shift: 5–10 inpatient census, 3–5 admissions
- Call Back: Required
- EMR: Cerner

**Requirements**
- Board Certified
- Active WI license
- BLS, PALS

**Clinical Details**
- Obstetrics:
- Low risk pregnancy
- High risk pregnancy (preferred)
- FHR interpretation – NST/CST/FSE
- OB ultrasounds – Level I & II
- Amniocentesis
- Routine deliveries (vaginal, low forceps, c-section decision-making)
- Complicated deliveries (c-section, breech, multiples, abruptions, VBACs)
- Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
- Gynecology:
- Surgical gynecology (open, laparoscopic diagnostic/minor, operative/major)
- Emergencies as needed
- Circumcisions required
- Support: 4 RNs, 7 MAs, 4 APPs, 5 office staff
- Setting: Children’s hospital with NICU on site

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
