Where You'll Practice
As a valued member of our team, you’ll help provide 24/7 on-site care at two premier medical centers in Downtown Spokane. Pediatric subspecialty services are available, including pediatric surgery, and both hospitals offer maternal-fetal medicine programs.
Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center (Level IV NICU)
- 61-bed unit with an average daily census of 45+ infants
- 800+ admissions annually
- Advanced therapies including ECMO, high-frequency and conventional ventilation, and inhaled nitric oxide (iNO)
- Home to an active pediatric cardiothoracic surgery program
MultiCare Deaconess Medical Center (Level III NICU)
- 38-bed unit with a daily census of 16–18 infants
- Comprehensive maternal-fetal medicine and pediatric subspecialty support

Pay Range (Base Pay): $114,000 - $144,000 per year based on years of experience as licensed NNP.
Other Types of Pay: Bonus potential.
Regular full-time is classified as team members who are consistently scheduled and work 30 hours or more on a weekly basis. Regular full-time team members are eligible for the following:

NOTE: Team members at least 21 years old and are active full-time or part-time employee are eligible to participate in our 401(k) Plan at the time of hire. Team Members are eligible to begin participating in the ESPP if they have been employed by Pediatrix for two consecutive months prior to the start of each calendar quarterly offering period and are scheduled to work a minimum of 20 hours per week for five consecutive months during the year.
