Job Details:
Coverage needed Friday Monday, 7 AM 7 PM, covering scheduled and add-on OR cases
Inpatient setting
No call required
Epic EMR
Trauma Level 3 facility
Estimated credentialing timeframe: ~60 days
Multiple providers accepted
Temporary privileges available
Nearest airports: Salisbury, MD (SBY) and Baltimore, MD (BWI)

Requirements:
Active MD license or IMLC
CRNA certification
ACLS certification
Fellowship: 1
Vendor-provided malpractice insurance

Must be skilled in the following (preferred unless otherwise noted):
General anesthesia (adult; pediatric/neonatal not required)
Trauma cases
Spinal, epidural, regional, and obstetrical anesthesia
Neurosurgical cases (head and spine)
Open heart, thoracic, complex vascular and orthopedic cases
Pain management techniques
Post-op epidurals and extremity blocks
Epidural steroids (lumbar/cervical) and transforaminal injections
Use of x-ray guidance for blocks
Ventilation management
Management of acute volume/BP issues
Central line, arterial line, and PA catheter placement
CRNA supervision (preferred but not required)

Salisbury, MD a charming city on the Eastern Shore, near beaches and about 2 hours from Baltimore and Washington, D.C.
