Seeking a full-time experienced and professional Family Nurse Practitioner to add to the team. The outpatient clinic is approximately 50 miles east of Flagstaff, Arizona. The team consists of 1 FNP, 3 FPs, 2 OBGYNs, 1 General Surgeon certified in wound care and visiting specialists in Podiatry, Urology, and Cardiology. We are a compassionate and caring facility in a family-oriented community. Enjoy the stress free pleasures of small town living with benefit of a fast paced stimulating

Responsible for providing primary care services, including assessing and managing patients in the clinic following established standards and practices.
**Education:**
* Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) from four year college or university
* Successful completion of an approved nurse practitioner program
**Experience**
* Minimum of three years of professional nursing experience in a clinic setting
* Two years of nurse practitioner experience preferred
**Computer Skills:**
* Microsoft Word
* Excel
* PowerPoint
**Licenses:**
* Current Arizona RN license
* Current Nurse Practitioner license
**Certifications:**
* Current BLS certification
* Current ACLS certification
