Position Details

Surgical First Assist – Participate in approximately 10 call days per month.
Hospital Rounding & Clinic Duties – Provide patient care in a collaborative setting, seeing 15–20 patients per day.
Diverse Case Mix – Includes general surgery, GI procedures, and wound care (including hyperbaric oxygen therapy).
Call Schedule – Equally shared among the team to support work-life balance.

Ideal Candidate

Surgical experience preferred; open to highly motivated new grads with strong interest in surgery
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Committed to providing high-quality, team-based care in a fast-paced surgical environment
