Surgical First Assist: 10 shifts/month; additional shifts compensated at $200/shift

Inpatient & Clinic Responsibilities: Manage 15–20 patients/day across hospital and clinic settings

Diverse Case Mix: General surgery, GI, wound care, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy

Balanced Schedule: Shared call rotation with strong work-life balance

Surgical experience preferred; open to highly motivated new grads with strong interest in surgery
