- Monday through Thursday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm and Friday 8:30 am - 12 pm; no charting to take home
- Malpractice with tail coverage
- Base guarantee of $400k (BC)
- Practice has 30 - 35 patients per day on average; 1:1 ratio of GYN to NP
- Work-life balance; providers aren't taking home work
