Qualifications:

 

Must be a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician

Required degree: MD or DO

Experience in a primary care outpatient setting preferred

Strong ability to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care

 

Responsibilities:

 

Provide high-quality primary care to patients of all ages in a family medicine setting

Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions

Coordinate patient care with specialists and other healthcare providers as needed

Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR)

Educate patients on preventive care, lifestyle modifications, and chronic disease management

Participate in a collaborative, team-based care model
