**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: Ongoing
- Coverage Type: Clinic + Call
- Schedule: Sunday–Saturday, 7a–5p, variable; includes in-house and beeper call
- Setting: Hospital OR & OSC, 16+ rooms
- Call Response: 15 minutes
- EMR: Cerner
- Equipment: Drager anesthesia machines, Omnicell dispensing

**Requirements**
- Board Certified CRNA
- Active WI license
- ACLS, BLS, PALS

**Clinical Details**
- Scope: General anesthesia, MAC, emergent/urgent/elective cases
- Procedures: Intubation, IV placement, arterial lines, central lines, ventilation management, acute volume/BP management
- Anesthesia Types: General, spinal, epidural, regional (preferred)
- Cases: Neuro (head/spine), OB, trauma, pediatrics, vascular, thoracic, ortho, pain management techniques (preferred but not all required)
- Support: CRNAs, supervision model with physician oversight

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
