Job Description
Join a growing county-wide family medicine team in Norwalk, Ohio. This full-time, permanent employed position offers a guaranteed base salary during the first year plus productivity-based incentives. Schedules are physician-friendly and set in collaboration with the Practice Manager; adjustments can be made throughout the year. Clinic is Monday–Friday.
Clinical responsibilities and support
- Average patient panel: 24–26 patients per day
- Cerner EMR
- Care team model: APPs supported by RNs, LPNs, and MAs assist with patient care
- Call: shared among eligible family medicine physicians — approximately one weekend every two months and one weeknight every two weeks (physicians with grandfathered status based on years of service may be exempt)
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Compensation and benefits
- Negotiable base salary (competitive per MGMA) with productivity bonuses
- Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and quality-based bonus
- Student loan repayment program over four years and potential residency stipend in final 12 months of training
- Annual CME allowance: $5,000
- Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (non-profit employer)
