- Must have active state license
- BC required
- Weekdays, Days, Weekend call
- ACLS and BLS needed and provider must respond within 20 minutes from call
- 10 patients per day, mostly adults
- MAC, general, intrathecal, spinal, OB
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
