**Trauma Acute Care Surgeon Opening in Abilene, TX**
A well-established healthcare system in Abilene, Texas, is seeking a Trauma Acute Care Surgeon to join our team. This position offers a balanced schedule, competitive compensation, and comprehensive benefits, all within a supportive medical community.
**Position Highlights:**
Rate: $2,688 per day
Full-time: 14 shifts per month
Schedule:
7 on / 7 off (starting Mondays)
12 hours of primary call + 12 hours of backup call (No in-house requirement during backup call)
Duties include:
Responding to ED trauma cases
Rounding on in-house patients
Handling surgical consults and performing necessary procedures
**Compensation & Benefits:**
CME allowance: $2,000
Quality bonus: $5.00 per hour
Travel stipend available
