Seeking a dedicated Physician to join a well-established medical group committed to delivering exceptional healthcare. This position offers an opportunity to be part of a collaborative team of primary care and specialty providers focused on remarkable patient experiences.
**Qualifications:**
* MD or DO degree
* Valid state medical license (or ability to obtain)
* Valid controlled substances license (or ability to obtain)
* Board eligible or board certified
**Responsibilities:**
* Collect, record, and maintain patient information, including medical histories and examination results
* Manage and treat patients within the scope of practice
* Analyze records, reports, test results, or examination information to diagnose medical conditions
* Explain procedures and discuss test results or prescribed treatments with patients
* Monitor patient conditions and progress, reevaluating treatments as necessary
* Provide reliable, high-value, evidence-based medicine supported by education and research
* Utilize electronic medical records to track patient visits and information
* Perform Evaluation and Management (E/M) coding for physicians
* Work a full-time schedule of at least 40 hours of direct patient care
* Participate in on-call duties during the week and on weekends as needed
