Job Summary:

Asheville Cardiology Associates (ACA) is seeking an advanced practice provider to join our expanding Interventional/Structural Cardiology practice in Asheville, North Carolina.

Qualified Candidates:

• Completion of an accredited physician assistant or nurse practitioner program with appropriate certification exams
• Has, and maintains, current license with the North Carolina Medical Board
• BLS, ACLS certification required
• New graduates welcome to apply
• Cardiology APP experience preferred; and/or cardiology clinical rotations 

Position Highlights:

• IP/OP Hybrid Position
• Provides comprehensive care for patients with acute coronary syndrome (STEMI, NSTEMI, UA), stable coronary artery disease, and structural heart conditions
• Covers both inpatient and outpatient setting
• Responsibilities include assessments/consults of patients, development of individualized treatment plans and providing patient education
• Works closely with our team of Interventional Cardiologists
• Works autonomously seeing patients in the outpatient clinic setting
• Clinic Open M-F (Full or 1/2 day)
• Schedule - 4, 10 hr shifts; or 5, 8 hr shifts
• No night time coverage necessary
• Potential for occasional weekends
