WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Medical Center Enterprise is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Obstetrics & Gynecology physician to join a hospital-employed team in Enterprise, AL. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician seeking to play a key role in shaping and growing a women’s health program while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. J-1 waiver candidates are welcome.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

• Hospital-employed position with opportunity to help grow the OB/GYN service line
• Full-scope OB/GYN practice including prenatal care, deliveries, and gynecologic surgery
• Shared call coverage (1:4) supporting work-life balance
• Approximately 796 deliveries annually, ensuring strong OB volume
• Collaborative, team-oriented environment with clinical and administrative support
• Opportunity to influence clinical protocols and program development

CLINICAL HIGHLIGHTS: 

• Consistent access to OB cases and surgical volume
• Perform C-sections, hysterectomies, and a broad range of gynecologic procedures
• Diverse patient population with continuity of care
• Ability to build a balanced OB and GYN practice

WHAT WE NEED:

WHAT WE OFFER:

• Competitive salary: $400,000 – $425,000 plus WRVU-based incentives
• $50,000 commencement bonus
• Up to $75,000 in medical education debt repayment
• Up to $25,000 residency stipend (paid monthly during training)
