WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Medical Center Enterprise is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Obstetrics & Gynecology physician to join a hospital-employed team in Enterprise, AL. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician seeking to play a key role in shaping and growing a women’s health program while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. J-1 waiver candidates are welcome.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
- Hospital-employed position with opportunity to help grow the OB/GYN service line
- Full-scope OB/GYN practice including prenatal care, deliveries, and gynecologic surgery
- Shared call coverage (1:4) supporting work-life balance
- Approximately 796 deliveries annually, ensuring strong OB volume
- Collaborative, team-oriented environment with clinical and administrative support
- Opportunity to influence clinical protocols and program development
CLINICAL HIGHLIGHTS:
- Consistent access to OB cases and surgical volume
- Perform C-sections, hysterectomies, and a broad range of gynecologic procedures

WHAT WE NEED:

WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive salary: $400,000 – $425,000 plus WRVU-based incentives
- $50,000 commencement bonus
- Up to $75,000 in medical education debt repayment
- Up to $25,000 residency stipend (paid monthly during training)
- Relocation assistance up to $15,000
- CME allowance, licensure, dues, and subscriptions

About Medical Center Enterprise
Medical Center Enterprise is a 131-bed acute care medical facility located in Enterprise, Alabama. Established in 1905, Medical Center Enterprise has continued to grow and change to meet the needs of the citizens of Coffee County and surrounding areas.
From our humble beginnings a century ago, the facility has emerged from a one-doctor, 10-bed hospital to our modern medical campus that includes the hospital, three medical office buildings, a medical staff of approximately 50 independent physicians and over 400 team members providing and supporting patient care. A $5.2 million reconstruction project completed in 2006 resulted in the availability of 29 new private patient rooms located on the hospital's 4th floor. Also completed in 2006 was the addition of a state of the art multi-row CAT scanner and 2007 plans include installation of a new GE 1.5 Tesla MRI magnet to further enhance diagnostic imaging services.
Some of the key services offered are: diagnostics, women's services, 24-hour emergency services, general medical/surgical, physical therapy, family/internal medicine, inpatient/outpatient surgery and orthopedics.
