We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join a supportive and innovative primary care team in Southington, CT. This role offers a collaborative work environment with a strong focus on patient-centered care.

Position Details:
Role: Primary Care Physician (18+)
Setting: 100% outpatient, office-based care
Schedule: Full-time, weekdays only
Phone Call: Only 2 call weekends per year and 1-weeknight approximately every 2 months
Teaching: Optional with faculty appointment
Compensation: Uncapped incentive bonus, loan repayment support, sign-on bonus, relocation stipend
