Join a supportive and patient-focused outpatient primary care team in Enfield, CT. This is a full-time, office-based position serving adult patients (18+) in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Position Highlights:
Role: Primary Care Physician (18+)
Setting: 100% outpatient, office-based
Schedule: Full-time, weekdays only (4-day workweek available)
Call: Limited to ~2 phone-only weekends/year and 1 weeknight every 2 months
Teaching: Optional faculty appointment
