We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join a supportive, innovative, and patient-centered primary care team in Putnam, CT. The role offers a collaborative work environment and a great work-life balance.

Position Details:
Role: Primary Care Physician (18+)
Setting: 100% outpatient, office-based care
Schedule: Full-time, weekdays only
Phone Call: Only 2 call weekends per year and 1-weeknight every 2 months
