* High-volume practice - average of 22 cases per day, specializing in total joints, partial joints, and joint repairs
* On-site anesthesia techs provide seamless support (dedicated team)
* No pain management - focus solely on perioperative anesthesia
* Utilize Echart EMR
* Work-life balance - physician days average 11 hours, with flexibility
