* Employed position

This outpatient opportunity includes:

* Practice team of 9 Internal Medicine physicians, 3 Nurse Practitioner and 2 Physician Assistant
* Access to collaborative curbside consults from onsite multi-specialty physicians, in addition to onsite pharmacy and social work
* Full time work week of 32 direct patient contact hours and 8 hours non visit/indirect patient care time
* Avg 14-16 pt/day
* Good balance of new and returning patients
* Adult population with need for complex care, geriatric interest/training a plus
* Ability to support our Senior Services team as a physician seeing patients in regional skilled nursing facilities
* Mentorship and coaching support available

**Qualifications:**

* MD, DO, or foreign degree equivalent
* Eligible for Wisconsin medical license
* BE/BC in internal medicine or in final year of ACGME-Accredited program leading to board eligibility in internal medicine
