A well-established behavioral health outpatient practice in Munster, IN is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to meet growing demand. This role focuses on psychiatric diagnostic evaluations and medication management for children and adolescents.

The ideal candidate will be a compassionate and patient-focused psychiatrist, dedicated to clinical excellence and forming lasting relationships within the community. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary medical team are essential.

**Position Details:**

* Flexible, full-time schedule
* Weekday call rotation: 1:4
* No evening or night call
* Tele-psychiatry coverage for evenings and weekends
* Average outpatient volume: ~20 patients per day
* Supported by experienced clinical staff
* Collegial work environment with strong team collaboration
* Full continuum of behavioral health care available

**Qualifications:**

* MD or DO degree
* Board Certification in Psychiatry and Neurology (Required)
* Board Certification in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (Required)
* Active Physician License in Indiana (or eligibility)
* BLS Certification
* American Heart Association (Required upon hire)
