**Neurologist Opportunity – Full-Time**
**Location: Moultrie, GA**

Position: Full-time Neurologist
Practice: Established practice with experienced board-certified neurologist and support from 2 NPs

• Salary & Bonus:
o Competitive guaranteed salary (commensurate with experience)
o 100% of shared practice profits as bonus

• Clinic Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
• Call: 7 days/month required; extra pay for additional call
• Teaching Opportunity: Option to precept medical students and residents

Clinic Facilities:
• Located ~3 minutes from hospital campus
• 5 exam rooms and 1 procedure room
• Patient volume: ~15–20 patients/day
Procedures Performed:
• EMGs, EEGs, Botox
• Trigger point injections / occipital nerve blocks
• Open to performing LPs or carpal tunnel injections

Requirements:
• Completion or upcoming completion of neurology residency
• Board-certified or board-eligible (must obtain board certification if eligible)
• Candidate must be able to perform EMGs and EEGs
• No visa sponsorship available
