**Full-Time Position**

Location:
Split practice between Alma and Mt. Pleasant, MI (50/50)
Requirements:
Completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited Pediatric residency
Board certified or board eligible (must achieve certification within 5 years of training completion)
Recent grads: must provide residency training log
Experienced applicants: must show care provided to at least 24 patients in the past 12 months
Position Overview:
Employed role within a growing multi-specialty group
Full-scope pediatric care from newborn to adolescence, including preventive, acute, and chronic care
Strong community demand and growing system needs
Practice Details:
Traditional schedule: Mon Fri, 8 a.m. 5 p.m.
Shared call rotation: 1:4 with a local private pediatrician
