**Certified NP/PA**
**Full-Time Position**
A hospital-based General Surgery team is seeking a PA or NP to support a group of 11 Surgeons and 4 Advanced Practice Clinicians, including a Metabolic & Bariatric subspecialty team.
Role Highlights:
Primarily OR first-assist in complex cases
Some outpatient clinics and call coverage
Requires strong surgical and inpatient hospital experience
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $104,040 - $131,664 + performance-based incentives
Sign-on Bonus: Up to $50,000
Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid malpractice, CME support, and generous PTO
Leadership development opportunities and supportive transition bonus
Requirements:
Certified NP or PA
NYS license, BLS, and DEA required
