• Day shift, 32 hours guaranteed per week, 13 weeks duration
• 45 minute treatment sessions with adult home health patients
• Home health setting covering 70+ towns in VT & NH area
• Must have active VT and NH licenses or compact license
• Visiting Nurse and Hospice team provides comprehensive support
• EMR: Epic
• 1 year home health experience required
• BLS certification required
• We provide complimentary housing and travel

Per week (based on a 40-hour week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $40.00 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
