At our Columbia-based facility, we’re offering a true 7-on/7-off schedule—but without the traditional 12-hour shifts. Our hospitalists round efficiently in 7-8 hours, thanks to a dedicated rounding team that streamlines your day from start to finish.

Who we’re looking for:
