Position Highlights

  • Location: UPMC Rheumatology, 1845 Center Street, Camp Hill, PA 17011
  • Schedule: Full-time (1.0 FTE), Day Shift
  • Practice Setting: Established outpatient rheumatology practice with three experienced rheumatologists
  • Call: Minimal call responsibilities with after-hours nurse triage support; shared equally among UPMC providers
  • Retirement Benefit: Employer-funded pension plan in addition to a 403(b) retirement plan with 50% employer match

Opportunity

Join a thriving outpatient rheumatology practice and provide comprehensive care for adult patients in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating and managing adult rheumatology patients in the ambulatory setting
  • Providing inpatient consultation support through telehealth and e-Consults
  • Performing office-based procedures, including joint injections
  • Opportunity to utilize in-office ultrasound for patient care, if desired
  • Call facilitated by nurse triage and shared equally amongst UPMC Providers

Candidate Qualifications

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology
  • Fellowship-trained or graduating fellow eligible to practice in Pennsylvania
  • Commitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Ability to provide personalized, outcomes-focused care
