**BC / BE Family Medicine**
Responsibilities:
Delivering exceptional patient care across all dimensions
Foster teamwork, inclusivity, and community engagement

Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited medical school
Completion of accredited residency (and fellowship, if specialty)
Current MD or DO license
Board certified or board eligible
Active DEA license
