Pediatrix® Medical Group is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Neonatologist to join our collegial and experienced team in Appleton, Wisconsin—a welcoming, family-oriented community in the heart of the scenic Fox River Valley.

Position Highlights:
- Join a collaborative team of 4 Neonatologists covering a 15-bed Level III NICU and Newborn Nursery
- Services offered include: iNO, HFOV, therapeutic hypothermia, ECHO/EEGs
- Supported by an experienced NICU staff and dedicated neonatal transport team
- High-risk infant follow-up clinic held monthly with MFM support
- In-house coverage model with an even and flexible schedule split across 4 physicians
- Opportunities to participate in CQI and clinical research, as well as share best practices with over 400 NICUs and thousands of Pediatrix providers nationwide
