Requirements:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
Active AZ license or IMLC
Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
30-day credentialing timeframe
OB/GYN Skills Required:
o High and low-risk pregnancy management
o OB ultrasounds (Level I & II)
o FHR interpretation (NST, CST, FSE)
o Vaginal and C-section deliveries (including breech, multiple births, VBACs, complications)
o Surgical gynecology (open, laparoscopic, operative)
o Office procedures: IUD, Colposcopy, LEEP, Cryosurgery, etc.
o Laser certification
Must be comfortable with no APP supervision or teaching requirements
