An established healthcare network in Northwestern Pennsylvania is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician to provide care at a Critical Access Hospital in Brookville, PA. This opportunity is ideal for a physician looking for a low-volume emergency department with a flexible schedule and the ability to work independently.

The position is part of a regional emergency medicine team that serves multiple community-based hospitals in the heart of the Pennsylvania Wilds a region known for its natural beauty, outdoor recreation, and affordable living.

Position Highlights:

8,000 annual ED visits
Critical Access Hospital setting
Single physician coverage
Flexible 12- and 24-hour shifts
Collegial regional emergency medicine network

Qualifications:

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
ABEM certification preferred
Comfortable practicing independently in a rural ED environment
Eligible for medical licensure in Pennsylvania

Compensation & Benefits:

$270/hour for ABEM-certified physicians, plus $30/hour shift differential
$25,000 sign-on bonus
$10,000 relocation assistance
$3,000 annual CME allowance + 40 hours of CME time
