About the Role
Provide inpatient care for unassigned patients in labor and delivery or emergency settings
Support private practice patients during emergencies or deliveries
Offer backup and consultative services to a Family Medicine Residency obstetrical service
Conduct inpatient GYN consultations as needed
Lead efforts in safety and quality across the program
Participating in teaching and academic activities
Facility & Support
450-bed community hospital with 17 Labor, Delivery, and Recovery rooms
19-bed Level 3A NICU
Approximately 1,900 deliveries annually
Strong support from Nurse Practitioners and Family Medicine Residents
7-8 shifts per 28-day cycle, 24-hour shifts
