A well-established and financially stable healthcare system in North Central Pennsylvania is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiologist to join a collaborative anesthesia care team in DuBois, PA. This position offers a flexible and predictable 14-on / 14-off schedule with home call, a supportive clinical environment, and excellent compensation.

Practice Highlights:

Collaborative care team model with 95% supervision of 24/7 CRNA coverage

Reasonable 14-on / 14-off call schedule:

Week 1 Call: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Week 2 Call: Tuesday and Thursday
Post-call days off included
Home call model with CRNAs in-house 24/7
Level II Trauma Center with full subspecialty support
Wide variety of cases: general surgery, ortho, urology, ENT, plastics, robotics, light OB, rare pediatrics
Cardiac and vascular cases covered by a separate dedicated team
Pre-op clinic and anesthesia tech/nursing support for regional blocks
Opportunities to teach SRNAs (optional)
EMR: Cerner (Inpatient)

Compensation & Benefits:

$570,000 base salary
$25,000 sign-on bonus
$10,000 relocation allowance
$3,500 CME stipend + 40 hours of paid CME time annually
