* Medical group employed
* Outpatient & inpatient
* Recruiting due to growth
* Joining 2 OBGYNs, 1 Gynecologist (0.75 FTE), 1 FNP, site manager, & great support staff
* Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (includes 4 hours of admin time)
* Call: anticipating approximately 7 shifts/month - to include 1 weekend per month
* daVinici robot training/experience required
* EMR: Athena (clinic), Cerner (hospital)
* 2 year Income Guarantee + RVU + other performance bonuses
* Income Guarantee = Comparable MGMA median
* Commencement Bonus/Loan: $25k +/- (paid within 5 weeks of start & forgiven over specific time)
* Moving allowance: $10k - $14k (reimbursed with receipts via IRS guidelines)
* Student Debt Allowance: Negotiable
* PTO: 30 days front loaded every January
* CME: 5 days + $5k allowance
